Our team at Texas Bone & Joint is skilled in the diagnosis, management, and treatment of all kinds of orthopedic conditions. We treat a wide range of orthopedic issues including joint replacements, sports medicine, trauma, fractures, shoulder surgery, hip and knee surgery, and revision surgery.
Dr. Payne specializes in sports medicine as well as arthroscopic and reconstructive procedures of the shoulder, elbow, and knee. He also treats most acute fractures and dislocations of the extremities as well as operative and non-operative treatment of almost any athletic injury. Dr. Saing also specializes in sports medicine with clinical interests in ACL reconstruction, multi-ligament knee reconstructions, meniscus and cartilage surgery, knee replacement, shoulder arthroscopy including rotator cuff surgery and labral repair, and shoulder replacement.
Dr. Muncy specializes in knees and hips and is known for using the anterior approach for hip replacements. He specializes in total joint replacements and has been trained in the direct anterior approach to total hip replacement. Dr. Jen specializes in adult reconstruction, complex joint replacement, and general orthopedic care. His scope of practice includes primary and revision joint replacements, trauma and fracture care, pediatric fracture care, sports medicine, and minor hand and foot and ankle surgery.
